Yesterday you ticked off one of your bucket list having completed the 8-hour trek to the base of the Towers of Paine. The 40-minute climb up the moraine to base of the towers wasn’t as hard as you thought it might be and the views one at the top, with the granite spires soaring in front of you and a back drop of blue sky – with a few lenticular clouds – gave you the best photo opportunity of the whole honeymoon. Back at the hotel, a visit to the spa, a massage and then a relaxed swim whilst admiring the view from the pool capped a perfect day.
